AMH, a leading single-family rental company, seeks a Regional Vice President to lead performance optimization and strategic implementation across their region. You will oversee budgets, drive occupancy revenue targets, and champion resident satisfaction while aligning with corporate goals.

As a senior leader, you will mentor regional and district teams, develop people strategies, and ensure accountable execution of strategic initiatives across decentralized operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of property management experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Budget planning and financial management experience.
• Valid driver’s license; real estate license within designated period.

Responsabilités

• Provide guidance and direction to Regional and District leadership teams.
• Develop a 'people strategy' with Operational, HR, and regional teams.
• Achieve targeted NOI by managing revenue streams and expenses.
• Champion the organization's mission, vision, and resident value.
• Engage in leadership forums to promote innovation and execution of strategies.
• Maintain relationships with executive peers and ensure cost-effective operations and service.
• Contribute to annual budget development aligned with strategic objectives.
