Local Infusion is seeking an experienced Regional Vice President of Business Development to lead the go‑to‑market engine for patient referrals and revenue growth across infusion centers. You will manage a field team, form high‑impact partnerships, and align cross‑functional efforts to accelerate expansion.

The role requires 10+ years in healthcare business development, 3–5+ years of people management, and willingness to travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of business‑development experience in healthcare (infusion/pharma highly preferred).
• 3–5+ years in people management leading referral or hunter teams.
• Proficiency with a CRM system and standard office software.
• Excellent listening and communication skills; customer-focused posture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead growth strategy to drive referrals and revenue for infusion centers.
• Direct and coach a team of Business Development Reps (8–10) with weekly 1:1s and training.
• Cultivate partnerships with health systems, payers, and pharma contacts to expand network.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations and Marketing; maintain CRM hygiene and reporting.
• Own revenue targets and provide performance insights to leadership.
