Local Infusion is seeking a Regional Vice President of Business Development to lead the go-to-market engine, drive patient referrals and revenue for infusion centers, and manage a field team. As a regional strategy architect, you will plan territory growth, recruit and coach reps, develop partnerships with health systems and physicians, and ensure alignment with operations and CRM reporting.

• History of meeting sales goals and managing teams.
• 10+ years in healthcare business development.
• 5+ years as a people manager building referral hunter teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% with overnight travel.
• Must be located near a major airport in Indiana or Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth strategy for designated region.
• Lead and coach 8–10 Business Development Reps.
• Cultivate relationships with specialists, health systems, payers.
• Partner with operations to ensure smooth referrals to treatment.
• Own CRM hygiene and reporting to track performance.
• Present forecasts to executive leadership.
