Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking a Regional Vice President of Business Development to lead the go-to-market engine for patient referrals and revenue across our infusion centers. You will coach a team, shape territory strategy, and forge high-level partnerships that accelerate growth.

Remote-first, you will partner with operations and executive leadership to own CRM hygiene, set targets, and deliver referral-volume and revenue goals while traveling up to 40% to meet key partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• History of meeting or exceeding sales goals, personally and with teams.
• 3-5+ years as a people manager – scaling referral hunter teams.
• Competitive spirit with customer-focused attitude.
• Positive attitude and commitment to self-development.
• Excellent listening, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and standard office software.
• Travel up to 40% with overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Grow go-to-market engine to drive referrals and revenue.
• Direct and coach a team of Business Development Reps (8-10).
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train BDRs.
• Lead weekly 1:1s and account plan reviews.
• Build partnerships with health systems, payers, and pharma.
• Ensure CRM hygiene and reporting; share insights with leadership.
• Deliver referral-volume and revenue goals; present forecasts.
