Local Infusion is seeking a Regional Vice President (RVP) of Business Development to build and lead the go-to-market engine driving referrals and revenue for infusion centers. You will coach a field team, manage territory strategy, and forge high-level partnerships to fuel growth.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional execution with a remote-first culture. Expect travel up to 50% and close interaction with physicians, health systems, and payers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 10+ years of business development experience in healthcare.
• 5+ years in a people management role leading referral or sales teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically.
• Must be located near a major airport in Indiana or Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to growth strategy and market expansion through data-driven planning.
• Directly manage a team of Business Development Reps (8-10).
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and coach BDRs; conduct regular performance reviews.
• Structure co-marketing and education programs to boost referrals.
• Own CRM hygiene, reporting, and performance forecasting for leadership.
• Partner with operations to ensure smooth handoffs from referral to treatment.
