Job summary

Ascensus, a leading technology and service platform for retirement savings, seeks a Regional Vice President to drive sales growth through Financial Professionals, TPAs, RIAs, and DC I/O Firms. You will promote product options, assist during prospecting, and attend sales calls as needed.

The role requires deep ERISA and plan design knowledge, the ability to discuss industry trends, and the capacity to manage a high volume of meetings while maintaining strong relationships.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years in retirement plan industry or 3-5 years in a wholesaling role in retirement plan industry
• Proven sales experience of full service defined contribution recordkeeping and administrative services
• Over-night travel is required
• Series 6 and 63 (or the ability to obtain within six months of employment)

Responsibilities

• Grow retirement plan sales through Financial Professionals and DC I/O Firms.
• Promote product options and alliance partners’ products.
• Advise Financial Professionals during prospecting and attend sales calls as requested.
• Coordinate wholesaling with ASC ISC and Internal Sales to maximize coverage.
• Maintain 60+ meetings per month and document in CRM.
• Protect confidential data and uphold Ascensus Core Values.
