- Proven ability to manage a sales team and hit quota.
- Track record of building and maintaining partner relationships.
Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy: craft tools and resources to scale the organization.
- Team Leadership: recruit, onboard, and coach a team of BDRs; run weekly reviews.
- Partnership Development: cultivate relationships with healthcare providers, payers, and pharma reps.
- Cross-Functional Execution: collaborate with Operations and Marketing; maintain CRM hygiene.
- Revenue Accountability: meet referral volume and revenue targets; report to leadership.
