Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking a Regional Vice President of Business Development to lead go-to-market efforts across CA, AZ, UT and CO, building a high-performing field team and shaping partnerships with health systems, payers, and pharma reps. You will translate strategy into territory plans, coach 8–10 BDRs, and own revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• 10+ years of business-development experience in healthcare, infusion, pharma preferred.
• 3-5+ years as a people manager.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth strategy and develop tools to scale (playbooks, technology, trainings).
• Direct and coach a team of 8-10 Business Development Reps.
• Build high-level partnerships with specialist offices, health systems, payers and pharma reps/managers.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure smooth hand-off from referral to treatment and maintain CRM hygiene.
