Job summary

Local Infusion, a fast-growing infusion provider in the United States, seeks a Regional Vice President of Infusion Sales for California to lead the go-to-market engine, drive referrals, and grow revenue across assigned territories.

You will manage a sales team (8-10 RBDs), set targets, build partnerships with health systems, payers, and pharma, and collaborate with operations to ensure seamless handoffs from referrals to treatment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• History of meeting or exceeding sales goals, both personally and by managing teams.
• 10+ years of business-development experience in healthcare with infusion, pharma experience highly preferred.
• 3-5+ years as a people manager - scaling referral hunter teams that beat quota.
• Competitive spirit, with customer-focused attitude.
• Excellent listening skills and ability to uncover pain points and identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy: Contribute to the creation of tools and resources to help the organization scale (playbooks, technology, trainings, etc).
• Team Leadership: Directly manage a team of Business Development Reps (8-10); recruit, hire, onboard, and coach; run weekly 1:1s and trainings.
• Partnership Development: Cultivate relationships with high-volume specialist offices, health systems, payers and pharma reps/managers; structure co-marketing programs.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Work with Operations to ensure seamless hand-off from referral to treatments; own CRM hygiene and reporting standards.
• Revenue Accountability: Deliver referral-volume and revenue goals for your territory; present performance insights and forecasts to executive leadership.
