Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking an experienced Regional Vice President (RVP) of Infusion Sales to lead our California field organization. You will shape growth strategy, recruit and coach a team of 8–10 Business Development Reps, and build partnerships with health systems, payers, and pharma partners.

This role requires extensive infusion sales leadership, senior-level collaboration, and frequent travel across CA, AZ, UT, and CO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of healthcare business development in infusion/pharma.
• 3-5+ years as a people manager leading referral hunter teams.
• Consistent track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to growth strategy through tools, training, and playbooks.
• Lead and coach a team of 8-10 Business Development Reps.
• Develop relationships with specialist offices, health systems, payers, and pharma.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure smooth referral-to-treatment handoffs.
• Own CRM hygiene and reporting to forecast revenue and track metrics.
