Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking a Regional Vice President of Infusion Sales to build and lead the go-to-market engine, drive patient referrals, and revenue for California infusion centers. You will manage a field team, set targets, and establish partnerships with health systems and payers.

You will lead cross-functional efforts with operations, marketing, and finance, travel up to 40% and be based in California. A strong background in healthcare infusion sales and people management is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Extensive track record in infusion sales and meeting quota.
• Experience leading a sales team and hiring/coaching reps.
• Willingness to relocate/commute within California and travel to AZ, UT and CO.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive growth strategy for the region, tools, training, and partnerships.
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of 8–10 Business Development Reps; run weekly 1:1s and reviews.
• Cultivate relationships with high-volume offices, health systems, payers, and pharma reps/managers.
• Ensure CRM hygiene, weekly reporting, and alignment with corporate OKRs.
• Deliver referral volume and revenue targets; present forecasts to leadership.
