Job summary

Local Infusion in California is seeking an experienced Regional Vice President of Infusion Sales to build and lead our go-to-market engine. You will drive patient referrals, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships for our infusion centers, and mentor a field-based sales team.

The role requires a proven track record in infusion sales, multi-year leadership experience, and willingness to travel. You will collaborate with operations and product teams to scale growth and ensure program adoption

Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare business development with infusion experience.
• 3–5+ years as a people manager overseeing hunter teams.
• Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to travel frequently within CA and to AZ/UT/CO.

Responsibilities

• Growth strategy development and execution for infusion sales in California.
• Lead and coach 8–10 Business Development Reps.
• Cultivate relationships with health systems, payers, and pharma.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with operations and marketing.
• Own CRM hygiene and reporting, to forecast revenue and referrals.
