You will lead strategic integration of sales teams, cultivate partnerships with key stakeholders, and align initiatives with global Grid Technologies goals. The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, CRM-driven forecasting, and delivering high-value grid solutions to customers navigating the energy transition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• 10+ years in the energy sector, especially Grid Technologies and front-end sales leadership.
• Strong skills in sales, strategic business development, value selling and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end sales execution across the sub-region for Industry and Datacenters.
• Manage regional sales forecasting, pipeline development and targets with CRM data integrity.
• Align local sales initiatives with the global Grid Technologies strategy and business objectives.
• Cultivate long-term partnerships with stakeholders in datacenter and industrial sectors.
• Promote value-selling and cross-selling to present integrated, high-value grid solutions.
• Collaborate with execution units and technical experts to ensure seamless delivery.
