Siemens Energy is seeking a Datacenter Segment Sales Director for Grid Technologies in North America. You will lead a high‑performing sales team to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and prioritize high‑value pursuits across a comprehensive portfolio.

You will build and expand the pipeline, position Siemens Energy as the go‑to partner for electrification and energy transition, and align offerings with customer needs for reliability, sustainability, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration.
• 10+ years in datacenter sales and key account leadership.
• Experience leading regional or national sales teams.
• Proven ability to manage multi-billion-dollar pipelines.
• Strong cross-industry energy sector experience.
• Excellent communication with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and retain a team of datacenter-focused sales and account managers.
• Deliver financial targets by closing new opportunities with consultative support for Grid Technology products and services.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the portfolio and datacenter market, coordinating with business units to provide accurate sales forecasts and cross-functional value propositions.
• Develop and execute a customer strategy highlighting pain points and buying behaviors, aligning with Siemens Energy stakeholders.
• Lead the team in executing the sales process by influencing decision-makers and negotiating favorable contracts.
• Establish and maintain customer relationships at all organizational levels, engaging potential partners and sponsoring executive meetings.
• Foster an ownership culture by promoting safety and accountability and driving team development.
