You will lead strategic integration of sales teams, positioning Siemens Energy’s grid portfolio—including HVDC, grid stabilization, high-voltage switchgear, and digital grid technologies—as the go-to choice for customers navigating the energy transition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in engineering, business, or related field.
• 10+ years in the energy sector, with Grid Technologies.
• Proven sales leadership and pipeline management.
• Experience with datacenter or industrial segments.
• Strong CRM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end sales execution across the sub-region.
• Forecast regional pipelines and ensure target achievement.
• Align local sales with Grid Technologies strategy.
• Cultivate long-term partnerships with datacenter and industrial clients.
• Promote value-selling and cross-selling of grid portfolios.
