Job summary

Siemens Energy in North America seeks a Datacenter Segment Sales Director for Grid Technologies to lead a high‑performing sales team. You will drive revenue growth, expand market share in the datacenter segment, and collaborate with regional & business leadership to prioritize strategic pursuits.

You will develop the pipeline, manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and align offerings with customer needs for reliability, sustainability, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in datacenter sales, key account leadership, and commercial strategy.
• Proven track record in leading regional or national sales organizations and managing multi‑billion‑dollar pipelines.
• Extensive commercial experience in core industries such as oil & gas, petrochemicals, refining, metals & mining, and other energy‑intensive sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead a datacenter-focused sales team and drive revenue growth.
• Develop and execute a customer strategy that aligns with Siemens Energy stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and manage executive-level customer relationships.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration
