Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of eight years of progressive retail credit union or banking leadership experience.
• Demonstrated responsibility in leadership development, developing branch sales and member experience metrics, mentoring and conflict resolution.
• Must have good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to multi task and manage time effectively with a close attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work with Branch Manager to enforce state and federal laws/regulations and RBFCU policies and procedures, monitor productivity and quality.
• Manage CFPB complaint resolution process for the region, including investigation and coaching to prevent recurrence.
• Review and resolve escalated member concerns to identify patterns and improve service while remaining compliant.
• Collaborate with branch managers to develop, review, and refine the regional strategic plan and align with corporate priorities.
