Lead performance, ensure timely member service, manage risk, and collaborate with the Regional VP to meet standards. This role requires flexibility to cover branches within the region and a focus on coaching and process improvement.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum five years of financial institution experience.
• Minimum three years of branch operations supervisory/management experience.

Aufgaben

• Generate and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations while maintaining operational efficiency.
• Direct the operations of each branch to ensure quality service levels and implement best practices for performance and compliance.
• Define and deliver branch activities with governance, metrics, and production quality; review statistics for risk and policy adherence.
• Analyze QA audit risk findings and oversee fraud risks related to branch operations; monitor surveys and staff activity reports.
• Assist with complaint resolution per state and federal regulations.
• Maintain professional operations to deliver high standards of member service and drive efficiency.
• Promote staff development through coaching and growth sessions; identify strengths and areas for improvement.
• Lead interdepartmental collaborations to improve processes and reduce inefficiencies or risk.
• Compile and present branch statistics and performance data for meetings and decision-making.
