Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Five years of financial institution experience.
• At least three years in branch operations supervisory/management.
• Proven track record of managing branch risk.
• Strong teamwork and relationships within the organization.
• Ability to analyze, develop, and improve processes.
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work flexible Monday–Saturday and cover locations.
• Branch transfers are possible.

Responsibilities

• Generate and monitor internal controls for compliance while maintaining efficiency.
• Direct the operations of each branch to ensure quality service and compliance.
• Define governance, metrics, and production quality; review statistics.
• Address QA audit risk findings and fraud risks in branch operations.
• Assist with complaint resolution per regs.
• Promote member-centric service and operational efficiency.
• Manage branch volumes and ensure timely resolutions.
• Coordinate maintenance and facility improvements.
• Lead staff development through coaching and feedback.
• Collaborate interdepartmentally to improve processes.
• Prepare branch statistics and reports for decisions.
• Other duties as assigned.
