RBFCU is seeking a Regional Vice President for Branch Operations in the Austin area to lead and optimize branch performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive member service excellence. The role focuses on mentoring branch leadership, coordinating cross-department initiatives, and advancing RBFCU’s strategic priorities.

Qualifications

Progressive leadership experience in retail banking or credit unions.
Proven ability to mentor and develop branch leadership and staff.
Strong planning, analysis and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration across departments.

Responsibilities

Develop and oversee regional branch operations aligned with RBFCU strategic plan.
Ensure compliance with state and federal laws/regulations and RBFCU policies.
Coach and mentor branch managers; drive staff development and performance.
Collaborate with other departments to standardize policies and improve member experience.
Analyze branch data and pilot new initiatives to improve efficiency and service quality.
