Job summary

Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union in San Marcos, TX, is seeking a full-time AVP/Branch Manager to lead branch operations, staff development, and ensure compliant, high-quality member service. The role reports to the Regional VP and requires strong risk management and coaching abilities to strengthen operations and drive performance.

You will be responsible for governance, metrics, and timely reporting, while coordinating with other departments to improve processes and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of five years of financial institution experience.
• Minimum of three years of branch operations supervisory/management experience.
• Proven track record of managing branch risk and developing relationships.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday and cover locations within region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch operations and staff development.
• Ensure quality member service and adherence to policies.
• Lead risk and compliance management within the branch.
• Analyze branch statistics to minimize risk and maximize opportunities.
• Provide coaching and leadership to branch staff.
• Collaborate with Regional VP to meet standards.
• Coordinate facilities and transfers as needed.
• Report branch performance data for meetings.
