Asset Living is seeking a Regional Vice President of Affordable Housing Operations in Washington. The role oversees the regional portfolio, supports Regional Managers, and ensures compliance with LIHTC, Section 8, and fair housing laws.

You will lead client engagement, budgeting, and strategic initiatives. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in property management and prior regional leadership experience in multifamily housing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in property management operations.
• Experience leading regional teams across multiple properties.
• Certifications in property management are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional portfolio performance and operations for Affordable Housing.
• Lead Regional Managers, set goals, provide strategic guidance, drive development.
• Maintain relationships with owners, clients, and industry partners; pursue opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC, Section 8, fair housing, and regulatory requirements.
• Budgeting, capital projects oversight, and process improvements.
• Travel 25–50% of the time to properties and meetings.
