Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the operations of a housing portfolio nationwide. You will manage staff, leasing, maintenance, and finances while ensuring compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.

You will lead strategic leasing, marketing, and administrative functions across sites, travel to properties regularly, and drive net operating income through cost controls and revenue improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in housing/property management and leasing.
• CAM/ARM certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff to ensure performance.
• Validate staff performance through coaching and documented evaluations.
• Prepare salary increase requests and coordinate with HR and senior leadership.
• Develop annual operating budgets/forecasts and provide monthly income/expense analysis.
• Plan and implement yearly marketing strategies to generate occupancy and lease renewals.
• Oversee leasing, administration, and maintenance operations across communities.
• Ensure timely vendor invoices processing and property financial reporting.
• Travel 25-50% of time to support multiple sites.
