The Toro Company is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive annual sales and profitability for Latin America and Caribbean markets. You will develop sales plans, coach the Latin America sales team, and manage distributor relationships to grow market share in golf and turf sectors.

You will travel about 50% and collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement product strategies. A Bachelor’s in business or marketing and fluent Spanish are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish, both oral and written.
• 10+ years of sales and marketing experience managing business plans and P&Ls.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication for complex negotiations.
• Ability to develop and execute annual business and sales plans.
• Experience developing distributor channels and market growth.
