The Toro Company is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive sales and profitability across Latin America and Caribbean markets. The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong distributor network. Fluency in Spanish is required, with 10+ years in sales/marketing and P&L responsibilities.

The position can be remote within the US and near major international airports, offering a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and 401k. Travel is approximately 50%.

Responsabilidades

• Sales Team Management: Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to sales staff; complete mid-year reviews; conduct end-of-year reviews.
• Sales Leadership: Develop and execute annual business plans to achieve sales and profitability goals; coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual plans; identify new opportunities; coordinate field issue resolutions with Customer Care; provide technical sales support for Sports Fields, Grounds and Golf markets; lead cross-functional teams; communicate goals and strategies.
• Distributor Development/Support: Develop sales programs and marketing promotions; lead distributor sales; conduct product/sales trainings; identify and develop distribution channels; evaluate distributor performance; liaise between sales, marketing and credit functions.
• Market Development: Identify new opportunities by product group; develop business plans to enter identified opportunities.
• Other Job-Related Components: Reports to VP – International Division; maintain relationships with customers and internal partners; directly supervise and lead Latin America sales team; travel ~50%.
