Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive sales and profitability for Latin America and the Caribbean. You will lead regional sales plans, develop distributor partnerships, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to expand market share in golf and turf segments.

Expected to travel about 50% while engaging with distributors, customers, and internal partners to meet divisional goals and growth opportunities. Proficiency in Spanish is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing related discipline (MBA preferred).
• Must have advanced proficiency in Spanish, both in oral and written form.
• 10+ years of combined sales & marketing experience managing business plans and P&Ls with multiple channels of distribution.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute annual business and sales account plans.
• Proven ability to develop subject matter expertise across product lines and competitive categories.
• Strong written and verbal communication for professional sales presentations and negotiations.
• Ability to lead cross functional teams and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans per business segment.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to sales staff.
• Complete mid-year and end-of-year reviews for team members.
• Develop and execute annual business plans to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Coordinate monthly/quarterly/annual sales plans for all product groups in the region.
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
• Coordinate resolution of field issues with Customer Care; provide technical sales support.
• Lead distributor development and drive channel partnerships.
• Travel as necessary (approximately 50%).
