Job summary

Ameris Bank is seeking a Retail Travel Manager to provide operational and organizational support to regional branches and the Regional Area Director. This role leads the regional travel team and helps oversee branch operations and sales/service objectives.

You will coach, train, schedule, and motivate the travel team, drive customer-focused service, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering consistent results across the region.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of retail banking experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team management.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to drive sales objectives.
