The role requires 3+ years in retail banking with supervisory experience; strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of retail banking and supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of branch operations, banking policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise branch operations including lobby and teller line, staffing, audits and compliance.
• Recruit, train, coach, lead, schedule, motivate and evaluate staff.
• Optimize resources to meet branch needs and achieve sales/service objectives.
• Lead sales strategies to attract and retain customer relationships.
• Oversee customer experience, address feedback, resolve complex problems.
• Manage branch safety, security and compliance; protect against risk.
• Perform vault and cash audits with proper documentation.
• Represent the bank in business development and community functions.
• Lead training and staff meetings; provide backup support as needed.
