Job summary
Ulteig Engineers, Inc. seeks a Market Leader/Senior Project Manager- Transportation to own and grow the Mountain West/Desert Southwest market. You will guide strategic direction, engage clients, and oversee complex transportation projects across the region.
Preferred candidates have a PE license, 8+ years in transportation consulting, and strong CRM experience (D365, Salesforce, Power BI). The role may require up to 50% travel and reports to the Transportation Market Director.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering; PE a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years in business development and/or consulting in transportation.
- Experience in transportation planning, design, and project management; core capabilities.
- CRM software experience with D365 CRM, Salesforce, and Power BI is desired.
Responsibilities
- Own the Mountain West/Desert Southwest market in alignment with Ulteig's national strategy.
- Develop deep understanding of regional market dynamics and client needs.
- Lead high-profile projects with ~10% annual billability.
- Build and manage client relationships and business development responsibilities.
