Job summary

Ulteig is seeking a strategic Market Leader to own the Mountain West/Desert Southwest transportation market. You will guide regional growth, manage client relationships, and drive business development in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in transportation consulting, a degree in engineering (PE a plus), and proficiency with CRM tools like D365, Salesforce, and Power BI. Willingness to travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred with PE as a plus
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development and/or consulting in transportation
• Experience in transportation planning, engineering, design, consulting, construction, and/or project management
• CRM experience with D365, Salesforce, and Power BI desired
• Strong communication and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

• Own the Mountain West/Desert Southwest market in service to Ulteig's national Transportation strategy
• Lead high-profile regional projects and maintain ~10% annual billability
• Develop deep regional market dynamics and differentiators
• Build and nurture client and partner relationships and drive business development
