Ulteig Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Market Leader/Senior Project Manager- Transportation to guide the Mountain West/Desert Southwest market. You will own regional strategy, drive client engagement, and lead high-profile projects as PM or PIC while maintaining target billability.

You will collaborate with CTLs and technical teams, advance business development, and represent Ulteig across industry boards and events to strengthen the company's regional presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PE license a plus.
• Experience in transportation planning, engineering, design, consulting, construction, and/or project management techniques.
• Deep understanding of Mountain West and/or Desert Southwest transportation market preferred; existing relationships are a plus.
• Proven ability to build a pipeline of opportunities and close high-value business.
• CRM experience with D365, Salesforce, and Power BI is desired.

Responsabilités

• Own the Mountain West/Desert Southwest market, aligning with Ulteig's national strategy for Transportation.
• Develop and leverage deep knowledge of regional market dynamics and client needs.
• Lead high-profile projects as PM or PIC with ~10% annual billability.
• Communicate effectively across proposals, emails, and meetings.
• Provide oversight to Client Team Leads (CTLs) and other team members with client relationships and BD responsibilities.
• Nurture Ulteig's reputation with clients, partners, and subconsultants; collaborate with CTLs and technical teams.
• Build a strong personal brand through regional boards, speaking engagements, and industry involvement.
• Foster diverse, high-value relationships internally and externally; understand Ulteig's capabilities and evolving offerings.
• Identify short-, mid-, and long-term opportunities across transportation service lines; close opportunities and support delivery.
