Requirements include a Bachelor's in Engineering (PE a plus) and 8+ years in transportation consulting or engineering. Travel up to 50% and strong CRM/BI tool proficiency are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; PE a plus.
• Minimum 8 years in business development/consulting in transportation.
• Experience in transportation planning, engineering or project management.
• Strong pipeline development and closing high-value opportunities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% regionally and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Own the Mountain West/Desert Southwest market within Ulteig's national strategy for Transportation.
• Develop deep market dynamics, client needs, and competitive landscape.
• Lead high-profile regional projects with ~10% annual billability.
• Build consensus, communicate via proposals and emails, and lead with influence.
• Support Client Team Leads, project managers, and technical staff in business development.
