Satair USA, Inc. is seeking a Regional Performance & Transformation Manager to lead regional and global transformation initiatives, bridging regional teams with central ASCX pillars.
You will drive commercial excellence and continuous improvement across processes, data analytics, and automation. The role requires a degree in Business Administration or related field, 5+ years' experience, and travel up to 30% (domestic/international).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional regional and global improvement projects.
- Strong understanding of aviation aftermarket commercial operations.
- Certifications in process improvement (Six Sigma, Lean) highly desired.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% domestic and international.
Responsibilities
- Regional Commercial Project Portfolio Leadership: oversee regional portfolio and metrics.
- Lead and support regional/global transformation projects to drive improvement.
- Ensure milestones are met using LBIP and Agile methods.
- Represent ASCX in regional forums and connect with global pillars.
- Drive a culture of creativity and continuous improvement; perform other duties as assigned.
