Job summary

Satair USA, Inc. is seeking a Regional Performance & Transformation Manager to lead regional transformation and commercial projects across Peachtree City, Herndon and Miami.

You will bridge regional teams with ASCX pillars, drive improvement, and guide change initiatives in a dynamic aviation aftermarket environment. The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, deployment of process improvement approaches, and collaboration with global teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
• 5–10 years leading cross-functional regional/global transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of aviation aftermarket operations and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional commercial project portfolio with focus on financial impact and performance metrics.
• Drive regional/global transformation projects using LBIP and Agile methodologies.
• Implement the Regional Operating System (AOS) roadmap in alignment with ASCX objectives.
• Represent ASCX in the region and connect with processes, performance, data analytics, and automation pillars.
• Foster a culture of creativity, commercial excellence and continuous improvement within the region.
