Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional, regional and global continuous improvement and transformation projects.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Regional commercial project portfolio leadership and financial oversight.
• Drive AOS roadmap execution aligned with ASCX and regional leadership.
• Represent ASCX regionally and connect regional teams with global pillars.
• Foster a culture of creativity, commercial excellence and continuous improvement.
• Other duties as assigned.
