Job summary

Airbus Satair seeks a Regional Performance & Transformation Manager to drive cross-functional regional programs that improve efficiency and commercial excellence. You will bridge regional teams with central ASCX pillars and lead transformation initiatives across processes, data analytics and automation.

The role requires 5+ years in multi-regional projects, a degree in business or operations, and willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional regional/global transformation projects.
• Certifications in Six Sigma or Lean are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional commercial project portfolio with a focus on financial impact and performance.
• Drive AOS roadmap deployment in the region in alignment with ASCX.
• Represent ASCX in regional forums and coordinate with global pillars.
• Foster a culture of creativity, commercial excellence and continuous improvement.
