Job summary

Satair USA, Inc. is seeking a Regional Performance & Transformation Manager to lead regional portfolios, drive transformation programs, and ensure alignment with Airbus ASCX pillars.

The role bridges regional teams with central processes, data analytics, and automation efforts. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in cross-functional transformation within aviation or similar complex settings, with Lean/Six Sigma certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading cross-functional, regional and global transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of aviation aftermarket operations and process optimization is preferred.
• Certifications in process improvement (Six Sigma/Lean) highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional commercial project portfolio with financial and performance metrics.
• Drive regional AOS roadmap execution and connect regional teams to global pillars.
• Represent ASCX in regional forums and ensure alignment with central strategies.
• Foster a culture of creativity, commercial excellence and continuous improvement.
• Travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
