Job summary

Satair USA, Inc. seeks a Regional Performance & Transformation Manager to lead the regional commercial project portfolio, driving transformation and aligning with ASCX pillars across processes, performance, data analytics and automation.

You will represent ASCX in the region, coordinate with regional and global teams, and support initiatives to foster creativity and continuous improvement. Travel up to 30% (domestic and international) is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
5+ years of leading cross-functional regional and global continuous improvement and transformation projects.
Strong understanding of aviation aftermarket commercial operations and process optimization methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead regional commercial project portfolio with financial impact and performance metrics.
Drive regional and global transformation projects and initiatives for commercial excellence.
Ensure timely milestones using LBIP and Agile project methodologies.
Execute the regional AOS roadmap in alignment with ASCX.
Represent ASCX in the region and connect regional teams with global pillars.
Foster a culture of creativity, commercial excellence, and continuous improvement.
