Job summary

Satair USA, Inc. is seeking a Regional Performance & Transformation Manager to lead regional and global transformation initiatives within Airbus Satair’s Commercial organization.

This role focuses on driving continuous improvement across processes, performance, data analytics, and automation to deliver measurable commercial value. The position requires a business or operations degree and 5+ years of cross-functional leadership experience, including regional or global programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience leading cross-functional regional and global continuous improvement and transformation projects.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Regional Commercial Project Portfolio Leadership: drive the regional portfolio's financial impact and performance metrics to enable ASCX alignment and support the Regional MD.
• Lead and support regional and global transformation projects to drive change, innovation, and continuous improvement within the Commercial organization.
• Ensure timely milestones using LBIP and Agile methodologies.

Education

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
