Job summary

Colonial Life is seeking a Training and Development professional to drive onboarding and regional training initiatives. You will partner with sales leaders and home office stakeholders to design programs, curricula, and learning experiences that accelerate performance.

You will lead onboarding for new core team members, upskill Territory Sales Trainers, and champion enterprise capabilities across the region. Significant travel and collaboration with field leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master’s degree in education, business, training and development or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 7+ years of formal training delivery experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute onboarding processes for core team members.
• Develop and deliver training for Territory Sales Trainers (TSTs).
• Promote adoption of strategic investments, tools, and resources in training.
• Train TSTs and field leaders to ensure effective implementation.
• Lead rollout of new training content and curricula regionally.
• Assess training impact and identify performance gaps.
• Deliver engaging training sessions aligned with Colonial Life’s path.
• Ensure consistency of core team systems within the training path.
