Job summary

Unum Group is seeking a seasoned training leader to drive regional growth by partnering with sales leaders and home office stakeholders. You will design onboarding, deliver engaging training, and champion adoption of new enterprise tools across the South Region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in education, business, training and development or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 7+ years of formal training delivery experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for core team members and ensure alignment with regional and enterprise standards.
• Train and upskill Territory Sales Trainers across the region for consistent delivery.
• Champion strategic initiatives and promote them in training forums.
• Master and transfer knowledge on new enterprise capabilities and initiatives.
