Job summary

Avanath Capital, LLC is seeking a Regional Training Manager to lead onboarding and professional development across our communities. You will bridge classroom learning with on-the-job performance, supporting our resident service standards, maintenance operations, sales, customer service, standards, policies, and procedures.

This role requires travel within the region, collaboration with senior leaders, and the ability to develop online and in-person curricula while maintaining Avanath’s

Qualifications

• Must have intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of LIHTC and Tax Credit qualifications.
• Frequent travel within the region.
• Training experience and at least 5 years of management experience.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact with senior executives, business vendors and staff.
• Ability to work well under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Develop and train new associates in a classroom environment when the number of new hires permits.
• Record on-line training for courses that do not require individual interaction.
• Coaching – break down new skills and tasks for new office associates to gain confidence and accuracy.
• Training – enable real-life translation of classroom knowledge with on-the-job practice.
• Administrator – ensure new associates can practice and observe tasks.
