Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Regional Training Lead to drive training strategy for a global ERP transformation, coordinating persona requirements and ensuring end-user readiness through Spectrum LMS.

You will work within the MT SC Digital Transformation program, partnering with security, training analysts, and business leaders to deliver compliant, scalable training across regions and functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of MedTech Supply Chain and compliant training structures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Global Persona requirements for the deployment and validate with global model leaders.
• Oversee training content delivery for the EMEA waves and ensure LMS Spectrum reflects global standards.
• Monitor and support testing phases (UAT/BST) and ensure compliant access at go-live.
• Coordinate go-live support and post-go-live upskilling; travel as required (up to 25%).
