Johnson & Johnson MedTech, a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Regional Training Lead to be located in our New Brunswick, NJ location. You will join the MT SC Digital Transformation program to modernize ERP training across global sites and ensure end-user readiness.

In this role you will lead training strategy, content, and delivery, partner with security, Spectrum LMS, and business stakeholders, and travel up to 25% domestically and internationally to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or large-scale transformation programs with business experience a benefit.
• Strong knowledge of MedTech Supply Chain and expert understanding of compliant training structures.
• Experience working in complex, multi-site, and global environments.
• Proven ability to lead and influence stakeholders, with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing tasks to timelines and milestones in complex business environments.
• People management and development experience, with strong customer focus (internal and external).
• Ability to deploy standardized work processes, tools, and templates.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the Global Persona requirements for the relevant deployment.
• Coordinating and overseeing the training content and delivery for the EMEA waves.
• Supporting and living into the global template.
• This role will play a key part in supporting deployment of the global template; collecting feedback post-implementation to drive improvements.
