The Regional training lead will be a part of the MT SC Digital Transformation organization, a multi-year global business transformation initiative that will modernize our digital core capabilities by harmonizing our disparate ecosystem of 40+ major global MT ERP systems, standardizing our core business processes and products and enabling our integrated data strategy through a SAP S/4 HANA. This position will work within the Business Adoption team and have responsibility for ensuring all training activities are driven to successful conclusion with the ultimate aim being an engaged and business ready end user population. This will encompass training strategy, needs analysis and content creation alongside our business partners who are driving the global template. The role will also be accountable for the monitoring of the technical personas designed and built by security, overseeing the instructor led training sessions and ensuring a compliant approach towards access management. In addition the role will be expected to work very closely with our Spectrum learning platform team. This individual will report into the Business Adoption lead and will have the opportunity to interact with functional workstreams, business leaders, external experts and the Project Management team to integrate, operate and fully implement a cohesive training plan. As part of the training team they will play a vital role in the overall delivery of all aspects of organizational change readiness, stakeholder engagement, business adoption, communications, business security, and training, and be passionate about ensuring a successful implementation. This role requires strong knowledge of supply chain processes, compliance requirements and an innovative and creative approach to training teams. It will require an outward facing focus to bring all the stakeholders along on the training needs at the time of a large ERP change. This role requires the ability to drive a structured approach, to key deadlines while to drive consensus across multiple parties with conflicting views, to champion a training solution that engages and excites the end user community. The ideal candidate will be forward-thinking and able to proactively identify risks and weigh resulting impacts.
Proven leadership experience in driving structured but end user focused training delivery. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across all business functions. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities. Effective communication, influencing, and collaboration skills to work and update stakeholders across executive, functional, and operational levels.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or large-scale transformation programs with business experience a benefit. Strong knowledge of MedTech Supply Chain and expert understanding of compliant training structures. Experience working in complex, multi-site, and global environments. Proven ability to lead and influence stakeholders, with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience managing tasks to timelines and milestones in complex business environments. People management and development experience, with strong customer focus (internal and external). Ability to deploy standardized work processes, tools, and templates. Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
Other: The required attendance policy for this role is JNJ Flex Hybrid. The anticipated travel for this position is 10%.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $122,000.00 to $187,127.50
