The Regional training lead will be part of the MT SC Digital Transformation organization, modernizing our digital core capabilities by harmonizing 40+ ERP systems and enabling data strategy through SAP S/4 HANA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
• Experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of MedTech Supply Chain and compliant training structures.
• Experience working in complex, multi-site, and global environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Global Persona requirements for deployment.
• Oversee testing phases (UAT & BST) and submit key information.
• Define role-based training curriculums aligned with global requirements and LMS Spectrum.
• Ensure end users are mapped to roles with proper access at go-live.
• Coordinate training content and delivery for the EMEA waves.
• Support go-live and hypercare post go-live.
