Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in Operations, Supply Chain, or large-scale transformation programs with business experience a benefit.
• Strong knowledge of MedTech Supply Chain and compliant training structures.
• Experience leading tasks in complex, multi-site, global environments and managing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead training strategy and content creation for global ERP rollout.
• Coordinate persona requirements and LMS Spectrum content mapping.
• Ensure training completion with compliant access at go-live.
• Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally to support sites.
• Collaborate with global template teams and business partners.
