Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or large-scale transformation programs with business experience a benefit.
• Strong knowledge of MedTech Supply Chain and compliant training structures.
• Experience working in complex, multi-site, and global environments.
• Proven ability to lead and influence stakeholders, with excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Global Persona requirements for deployment and validate with process leads.
• Oversee training content and delivery for EMEA waves, ensuring global standards.
• Align training curricula with global requirements and track LMS reflectiveness.
• Support go-live, hypercare, and post-go-live access needs while maintaining compliance.
• Collaborate with security, Spectrum, and project teams to ensure end-user readiness.
