Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Regional Training Lead to guide training strategies, content, and adoption during a multi-year ERP transformation. You will work within the MT SC Digital Transformation program to harmonize 40+ ERP systems and standardize core processes.

You will lead training activities, collaborate with security and business partners, and ensure compliant access and successful knowledge transfer to end users across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience in complex, multi-site, global environments with strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Global Persona requirements for deployment across regions.
• Oversee training content delivery and LMS Spectrum alignment with global standards.
• Manage testing phases (UAT & BST) and ensure go-live readiness.
• Support go-live and hypercare, ensuring post-implementation upskilling and access balance.
