• Incident Response: Assess incidents and activate devices such as message boards, speed limit signs, and advisory systems.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Communicate with police, 911 centers, and maintenance staff to support incident response.
• Public Information: Share traveler information through digital signs, advisory radio, and statewide alert systems.
